HATCH

TERMS OF USE

The rules.

Last updated October 2026

HATCH lets people create pets inspired by Solana tokens and raise them together. HATCH is new: things will change, and some things may break. By using HATCH you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.

Not affiliated with any token

A pet being “inspired by” a token does not mean the token's team, community or project created, owns, endorses or is connected to that pet or to HATCH. Anyone with a Solana wallet can create a pet inspired by any token, and many pets can share one token. A creator signing in with a wallet doesn't make them official either.

Not financial advice

Nothing on HATCH is financial, investment or trading advice, or a recommendation about any token. HATCH doesn't sell, trade or price tokens, and pets, levels, votes and Genesis status say nothing about a token's value.

Genesis Pets

The first 25 pets ever hatched on HATCH, at most one per wallet, are labelled Genesis #001–#025. Genesis is a label inside HATCH that records when a pet was hatched. It is not a token, an NFT, a security or property, it can't be bought or sold through HATCH, and it carries no promise of value, rewards or future benefits.

Wallets and signing in

Creators sign in by signing a short text message with their Solana wallet. It is never a transaction: it costs nothing, moves no funds and grants no permissions. It only proves you control that wallet address. Keep your wallet and recovery phrase safe: HATCH will never ask for them.

What you create and teach

  • Creators write their pet's name, personality and backstory; visitors teach phrases and vote. All of it is public on HATCH.
  • You're responsible for what you write. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, scammy (links, “airdrops”, addresses, giveaways), or anything that pretends to be a token's official team or HATCH staff.
  • You let HATCH show, store and share what you contribute as part of the pets (for example on pet pages, moment pages and share images).
  • Automated filters and moderators may refuse, hide or remove content, archive or hide pets, and restrict wallets, visitors or networks that break these rules or put others at risk.

Reports and moderation

Anyone can report a pet, a phrase or a moment. Reports go to human moderators; nothing is removed automatically because of reports alone. HATCH is new and moderated by a small team on a best-effort basis, so a review may take some time. Abusing reports may get you restricted.

Permanence and its limits

HATCH is built so pets aren't thrown away: once a community has invested in a pet, its creator can archive it but not delete it, its address never changes, and Genesis numbers are never reused. Still, HATCH is a beta service: we can't promise it will run forever or without interruptions, and content may be hidden or removed under these rules. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload, scrape at scale or game HATCH (for example with bots or many fake visitors). Limits and bot checks exist to keep it fair for everyone.

No warranty

HATCH is provided as it is, during a beta, without guarantees of availability or fitness for any purpose. To the extent the law allows, the people running HATCH aren't liable for losses arising from using it.

Changes and contact

These terms may change as HATCH grows; the date above shows the latest version. Questions, problems or reports that need a human: hammouhanini2017@gmail.com.
